Big range of suits. I bought jeans which have larger sizes in stock (46,48 and 50"). Also bought a nice coat. Prices are very competitive. Staff are helpful and polite.
Went in to buy a new suit on a budget. Wasn't disappointed with plenty of choice and excellent service and advice. The suit was ready in three days and all alterations carried out.
I needed to purchase a suit for a job interview and had already been to another store and was ignored by 3 members of staff so I left, I'd been for a haircut and admittedly was dressed a bit scruffy. I was going to go home and get changed but decided to drop into Slater's on the way. I was meet by Dean who paid no attention to my appearance and spoke to me like an actual person, he asked me about my preferences and budget and matched me up with what I needed. I went to try on the suit and Dean offered me a shirt and pair of shoes just to see how it looked. The service was absolutely outstanding, This is why we need shops and high streets.Thank you Dean Searle! Fantastic service and I would recommend Slater's for the service and the price.
A massive thank you to Joe for absolutely saving our wedding, after ordering 7 matching suits only 4 arrived, I was told by the main office team that there were no more suits in our required sizes and they wouldn't have any more stock until March next year (wedding is in feb) after feeling very frustrated and disappointed I thought I would phone the cardiff store direct and see what my options were. Joe was so helpful, managed to find one of the sizes and explained that we can just change the R size to S with a alteration which is what was needed, so now we have a full set of suits all matching because of the great customer service in this branch. I'd recommend going to see someone in a branch rather than deal with customer service over the phone as they are absolutely useless

My partner recently bought a dinner suit from Slaters. He normally buys his suits off the rack and hasn’t had a suit fitted previously. The service at Slaters was fantastic, the assistant recommended a suit, fitted it, and helped him match a shirt and shoes. We were so impressed, he would definitely only buy a suit from Slaters this way in the future!
Lots of staff - most of then chatting to each other rather than popping over to help. But not an issue as I requested one to stop babbling and help me, which he duly did. Found a suit and alterations completed for me to pick up within 2 days. Holly on the cash desk went out of her way to get additional alterations for me so the suit is now perfect. Thank you Holly, superstar!!
We were served by Dan and he was just amazing. His eye was great he was quick to size and super easy to talk too. He wouldn’t pester and came exactly at the times when we needed him. Even when giving him a little shout when we did need him again he would come straight away. Super kind cracking jokes was just brilliant. Great customer service. Raise in salary is definitely needed 🤌🏽
